Delete a PetPulse account

1. Delete from the PetPulse app

If you can sign in, the in-app route is the quickest way to delete your account:

1. Open More → Account.
2. If you are the only owner of a household, transfer ownership to another eligible member or permanently delete the household if nobody else needs its shared records.
3. Open Delete account, enter your current password and type DELETE.
4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

A renewable, resumable, pending or unverified store purchase can block deletion until billing is safely resolved.

2. Request deletion when you cannot sign in

Use the form below to initiate deletion without reinstalling or signing into PetPulse. Enter the email address used for the PetPulse account and state that you want the PetPulse account deleted. Support will reply with a safe identity-verification step.

Do not send a password, full receipt, Google purchase token, payment-card number, provider secret or private pet record.

3. What deletion does

Successful deletion removes the PetPulse Auth login and profile, active household memberships, notification preferences and registered devices. Shared pet-care outcomes can remain with a household so other members do not lose their history, but live profile links and retained references to the deleted member’s account identity are removed or replaced with neutral labels.

Limited billing identity and lifecycle history may remain where needed to reconcile delayed store events, prevent unsafe billing identity recreation, meet legal obligations or handle a dispute. The PetPulse privacy notice explains this in more detail.

4. Google Play subscriptions are separate

Deleting PetPulse does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Use PetPulse Pro → Manage subscription or the Google Play subscriptions centre to stop renewal separately before deleting the account.

During internal testing, use only the approved licence-test account and Google Play test payment method. If a real charge is shown, cancel and contact support.
